I've smoothen out clutch basket and clutch plate carrier of my cj 360 and xl 250 by grinding down all the sharp edges with a small file and they work fine now. Kind regards.

I always use a wedge bolt. You have to buy one from almost the same size of your calliper pistons and turn the old piston out.

Re: The Belgian cb 360 I'm not using the stock carbs, but keihin pd 30 mm carbs from a honda xr 250 with rubbers from original airbox and k&n filters, fits perfectly true the brace. Those carbs work very well, are cheap and easy to jet.

Most of the time it's the heart of the rotor that is bend, not the actual brake disc. So you can search for a worn rotor with a straight heart and put the two good pieces together. Saves a lot of money.

Why do you want to use usd gsxr forks? In my opinion you just dont need that kind of forks on a little cb. I use a fork of a fzr 600 (38mm) Just a little bit bigger then the original ones and have decent dampening characteristics. No need to have a stiffer fork then those with such a flexible...

I think the trail on those bikes should be between 95 and 105 mm, personally I prefer 95 +-2 mm .

what intake lenght did you come up with? crazy pj did some tests and calculations for a 2 into 1 exhaust.

valve lift is 0.341 inch , intake valve is 1.339 inch exhaust 1.102 inch. and maybe I'm wrong but i thought intake opens 10° btdc - closed 34.5° atdc exhaust opens 48.5° btdc - closed 1° atdc port volume will very from port to port due to mass production. kind regards
