Dished tank and floating rear fender will move with the rear tire so I can tuck it in real tight.
The seat cowl is from a cb450 tank and will have a seam to match tank and bullit lights...
All done w/ bead-blasting....carefully closing all holes,ports and moving parts with foam and duct tape. I then took a fine sos pad and brushed the aluminum and added a little touch to the tappet covers and well you'll see....
Used a scrap piece (sleeve & cable) from mt. bike- forward cable to throttle grip - cut end off leaving 2 inches

use solder to make a ball on the end of the cable - at my setting the throttle has 3/8" play forward roll. I like it to have a little play. If you don't then...
New to the site but not the love for 2 wheels. Why did it take so long to become a member, these bikes and the history is what it's about. Everyone else misses the whole concept of 2 wheels. Got some good pics coming soon.
