Question I have is can I use manual petcocks on it in place of the stock ones?
whats the real point of the vacuum hose on them? can you just have a gravity feed to the carbs?

Have a 77 KZ 400 Tracker project on the go. Dumped the center stand for custom exhaust but side stand is soooo short bike has a wicked lean when it's on it. anyone know a swap out for another bike? Or an simple way to just make it longer?

So i'm about 50% complete my cafe build and ran into a little bit of a snag. I hooked up my aftermarket signals which are all working properly. Along with the new signals I've decided to make a custom dash with 3 lights,
1. Neutral switch
2. Oil Pressure
3. Turn Signal (just a single light...
I have stock carbs (CV's)on my 77 KZ 400, they are at stock jetting right now. I'm planning on running pods and removing the air box, as well as trashing the stock mufflers and running megaphones.

Have a CB 750 k, charge up the battary, start the bike and ride it around. Shut bike down, bike wont start, no juice out of the battary. Is it a battary problem or is it my charging system?
