also the chance of the bearings running out and contaminating the powder is very good, so you will want to pull them for a better finish as well

yes it is horrible! it will completely destroy the bearings! they have to be removed

depends on the chrome and how it is adhearing... sometimes we will chemical strip it, others we will blast it (we have a cabinet dedicated to blasting chrome) others we can clean up the shitty areas, zinc primer it and then block and coat that area... each part is different to figure out what is...

i like it, you thought about some clothes pin style springs and you can move them in closer to the front of the seat? may help with clearance... if not may be time to glass a pan buddy! I dig the seat though overall... this winter can i expect a black swing arm? i think even doing a satin black...
