Does $18.95 count?

Yea, Tucker Rocky clubmans are hollow all the way through.
I'm guessing most are though. Seems to me it'd be poor design otherwise 'cause the inside would be prone to rusting, no?
Very bold of you to try running them through the bend in the clubmans. If my ears weren't so cold, I'd take my hat off to you, Flug. :)
I took the easy way out and just ran them out of the end of the bars where the bend starts.
Yea, I figured as much. I was kinda holding out hope it would be possible to make some that fit "most '70s Hondas", then some that fit "most '70s Kawasakis", etc.
What's everyone using on their bars? Drill press? Cutting wheels?
I bought this about a year ago to install in a CB frame I have, but it won't work without tons of cutting on the frame. So it's gotta go. It turns over fine when hooked up to a battery charger, but I haven't checked compression. I have $100 in it and I need to get $100 out of it. Feel free to...
I've drilled my own clubman bars in the past to run the (Honda) wiring and because I'm a hack, it was a pain. It's 2008. Does anyone make pre-drilled bars yet? I couldn't find anything in the search.
I've gotten out of old cars right now. I used to have a small collection of BMWs, but when I moved I had to get rid of them. I'm strictly bikes now. My current "vintage" cars are a '94 Miata R and an '87 Civic Si. My bike hauler is an '05 Element.
I've worked for these folks since '94...
It didn't make it to the current issue, but they did a nice write-up on the CB500 four in general.
I'll be watching VERY closely as my daily driver is also a '73 CB500.
Funny. I wasn't even trying to show off the garage. I was just taking bike pics. :) Definitely keep it up though. These pics are great.
It makes me wish I'd taken better shop pics. Maybe that'll be this weekend's project. Taking pics is way easier than trying to start a bike with an engine swap. ;D
