Hi,
The left muffler I have has a horrible brazing job.
Looking for a CB160 left muffler with decent chrome, minimal dents and holes.
Can be either early muffler-only or later combined muffler + header.
FOUND ONE so not longer need. - Thx
@MarcW This head for the later vertical engine. It could be made to work, but I'm trying to keep the original look and find an early head for the "sloper" engine.
Thank you for your reply and for posting the pics.
Hi, I'm restoring a 1968 CL175 K0 and I need a cylinder head with decent valve seats. Good valves/springs would be nice to have, but if just an empty head I can make that work.
I'm hoping with all the ppl putting vert heads on sloper cases for racing/etc theres got to be some good early sloper...
Thanks for the nice write-up. I've done 4 bikes this way and it works beautifully. I've even gotten lazy and stopping including a picture. A couple of times I accidentally overpaid and they sent me a refund check.
While still figuring out how to repair my other build threads that Photobucket ruined, I am creating this new one to document my restomod scrambler build. The bike started as a freebie generously offered by ZugBugger over at hondatwins.net I did a 14-hour R/T starting at 3am to drive from...
BTW, I have decided to sell this CB450 to help pay down the debt from building my workshop and to fund future projects such as this one.
The bike is for sale on ebay. Please pass this info along to anyone you know that might be interested. Thanks to all the members for all their interest and...

The tank paint had bubbled up due to a pin-hole leak in the area where the Honda emblem had been. I ground-down to the bare metal and used another coat of Caswell on the inside and dabbed a...
Just sold this CB360 via ebay to a guy in Virginia and it got picked up last night. I sure learned a lot during the build and am a bit sad to see her go, but I've got a few more bikes lined up to work on. I'll close out this thread with the video walk-around and running demo that I linked to...
Thank you! It runs very well. The engine pulls strongly having had just a simple refresh using new .75 over pistons and rings. The riding position is comfortable since the only real difference from the stock position is the slightly lower handlebars and seat.
Re: 76 CB360 "Cafe Interruptus"
Thanks for asking. Doing well and hope you are too. Lots of trees down in area and the end of Jax beach pier is missing.
No damage to my house, shop and bikes. Coulda been much worse so very thankful.
Spent the day cleaning up and helping my...
