    If im painting/spraying the frame and not powder coating can I fill a couple of the nicks on the frame with a filler like bog? Ill keep my eye out for some linish, maby my old uni workshop has some lying around?

    What do you mean by 'PC' ? The muffler looks cool, do you get a nice thump out of them? or are you going for the look.. it would suit a matte black with cream exhaust heat wrap.

    First crack with a grinder so pretty happy with the result. Removed unwanted brackets from frame, need to get a set of files and tidy up to smooth.

    Cheers for the advise! Ill look into a quality matte/teflon spray paint.. After blasting, brushing and cleaning the frame will i have to prime it first before the colour coat? This is me loosing my grinding virginity, pretty exciting stuff i know

    Ok so first find out if the XT rear will fit the SR front (drum) and if so great - then look for a slightly wider Akront rim for the rear.. and fit quality Avons. Sounds like a piece of cake ;)
