Its a 78 R100/7. Wasnt running great but did a tune up & its like a clock now! Took the fairing & back rest off, put on a back tire, gonna change the fluids & a bunch more cleaning! I dig the bags, ordered some lower bars, but I think thats gonna be it. Not gonna cafe it out, just enjoy it.

Since these pics he's painted the jugs black & done some polishing. Coming along nice. I'll post some updates soom.

Painted it! Not bad for rattlecan. Makes me wish I would have spent more time on body work! Lotsa wetsanding & rubbing out.

Put some clip ons on the 750 this past week to! Gotta take it back apart & do some painting, but I wanted to ride with them to see if I like them.

Made some progress. Did the rear of the frame, mounted the seat and tail, made an under seat/tail out of some lexan, cleaned up & redid some wiring, re-polished the wheels,swingarm, & forks, replaced all the brake lines with black goodridge (pics still have old brake lines) Been riding it a bit!

Yes. Im thinking gloss black with some satin black HRC wings, maybe the knee areas stain black too. Once I set the tail on it, I was diggin the gloss black with all the polished aluminum. Maybe recover the seat in a tan/saddle color.

And I think I have about a weeks worth of cleaning & polishing the aluminum on this thing!

Started working on it. Going with a Duc Monster seat cowl as a tail. I knocked up the seat yesterday, 3rd time was a charm. Used some lexan as a base, bent it with a heat gun, it worked out really well. Gotta do some brackets to hold the cowl on & make an undertail. Might pick up an integrated...

94 cb1000, been trying to get this bike from a buddy for about 3 years. He finally decided a couple of days ago it was time! Im gonna start w swapping out the tail & removing some stickers. Love this bike, tons O'torq. I'll post pics as I go. jim

I gotta agree, INCREDIBLE! Hard to go up against anything with a Vincent motor. That alone could be BOTM. F-ing beautiful.
