they also work with lowbrow customs, so if you want anything from that site they will get it in for you. that means no shipping and no customs fees. pretty awesome.
opened up the clutch. put in new springs. while i was in there noticed it was missing "clutch plate a" and the stopper ring. it has been working without these for about a year so it might be the issue. ive got the parts on order so when i get them in we will see.
Yes it is only in first, if it is slipping and if i shift up it is fine immediately. I haven't noticed if it is at a certain rpm. I will readjust the clutch just incase but unfortunately I don't think that is the issue.
checked my sprockets no missing teeth. worse with a passenger. should i just replace the whole main and countershaft gears? or just the gears used with first gear? if i was to do just the first gear which parts would i have to replace.
see parts fiche with numbers...

I had to split the cases to replace the kick start shaft. That worked fine, kicks great. But now for some reason when i closed it up for a test it wont shift out of neutral. I tried putting it back on the bike attaching the sprocket rocking the bik eback forth etc. Nothing. Opened it back up...

just got my new dunstall replica exhaust after having my old rotted out one cut off. the air filters are the original ones but the filter has been replaced with foam.
i think it may be the carbs needing a clean and synch, i just wanted some more opinions before i take them off and apart too...
Runs well, but needs 3/4 choke to get any sort of power through the 4000-6000 rpm range.
When not choked bike wont go over 60-80km/h, with choke i can hit 120 after a little flat road.
Also the right cylinder is super rich no matter how much i adjust the air screw and it is sucking in a lot...
has anyone done the trick with spraying some water with a spritz bottle into the carbs air intake? ive done some reading and people have recommended it? im just looking for some reassurance.
lets discuss!
