checked my sprockets no missing teeth. worse with a passenger. should i just replace the whole main and countershaft gears? or just the gears used with first gear? if i was to do just the first gear which parts would i have to replace.

I had to split the cases to replace the kick start shaft. That worked fine, kicks great. But now for some reason when i closed it up for a test it wont shift out of neutral. I tried putting it back on the bike attaching the sprocket rocking the bik eback forth etc. Nothing. Opened it back up...

searched around. didn't find anything. when i pull in my clutch it makes a squeaky screeching noise.
clutch also loosens as it warms up. so by the end of a 15 minute ride it needs to be adjusted again.
any help would be appreciated.

Runs well, but needs 3/4 choke to get any sort of power through the 4000-6000 rpm range.
When not choked bike wont go over 60-80km/h, with choke i can hit 120 after a little flat road.
Also the right cylinder is super rich no matter how much i adjust the air screw and it is sucking in a lot...
has anyone done the trick with spraying some water with a spritz bottle into the carbs air intake? ive done some reading and people have recommended it? im just looking for some reassurance.
