Have thought about it but with the effort i think id rather hard tail. Mate that did my bars is making his own frames. Im thinkn about tidying this up and selling to by a wrecked sportster and and one of his frames.

Small update
Friend of mine made me up some Z bars and i got a vintage 6" headlamp for next to nothing off trademe. Currently have no front indicators, will sort that at some stage.
Dont have any pics sorry but basically i just drilled a hole in each side of the swingarm and put a rivnut in there. Bolt goes through the fender and into the arm. I need to put some nice tube over the top to pretty it up. Kinda sux cause you have to take the rear wheel off to get the bolts...

Got sick of it running like a dog so i put the old exhaust back on and heat wrapped it. Looks ok and the smaller ID header/mufflers seem to make it run a lot better if not a little slower.
Mate of mine made up some velocity stacks for me to.
Been spending FAR too long doing the wiring on this. Sheathed the looms in this weave thats used on computer cabling. all nice and tidy and easily removed and hidden.
LED warning lights in the headlight bucket and switch for the headlight on. CBR250 Brake master and new brake hose

Bit of an update, mate came down for a visit with his Mig and we got stuck into some mods.
Chopped out the brace/tank mount cause it was ugly. I was going to mount my warning lights there but since changed my mind and im gona put 5mm LEDs in the headlight bucket

Thanks for the info man. checked out the site and those stacks will be too big. Think i might use the stock rubber ones from the airbox and make some foam socks to go over them. see how that works

The fender is a custom fibreglass one a guy here in NZ makes. Its not as flush as id like it to be but will do for now. Its held by some rear struts i made from packaging frame in the box i got my trolley jack in. The front part i drilled holes...

Got the scooter shocks in the post and fitted temporarily. Had to swap the bushes from the old shocks to these to fit. The old ones are wider so i need to get some good sized washers to pack it tight. The bottom bolt is a 6mm instead of an 8mm and its too small...
I fitted switches from a late 90s CBR600RR to my 73 CB500. Pretty simple, i went off the wiring diagram i had for the 500 and pulled apart the switches for the CBR like was already said. From memory i pulled apart the stock ones as well to double check. I'm no wiring expert and it didnt take...
Right so i want this thing dropped on its ass. Im get some 10.8" shocks for the rear and ive been doing some research on cutting the front fork springs and adding a spacer. With the bars i have i can only get them about 1/2" through the trees. How far can i go at the front with cutting etc...
i was asking $18k for the S14. its gone now, swapped it for an 04 mazda 6 wagon and some cash as it wasnt selling.
