So is the gas tank clearcoated at all? How did you brush it? What keeps it from rusting?

Did you keep it 6 volt? I always have problems with my battery not having enough juice to run my lights.

What kind of battery does your bike have? Is the gas tank painted?

Are those street tires? Will you ride it on the street good with those?

When I took my GN forks apart I just put the springs back in then pressed down from the top with an impact wrench and they came loose. I have a 1980 GN400 as well.

I would like to see it someday. How is the bike coming along?

Your foot wont hit them when kicking it over to start? I always kick my bags when i kick it over to start it.
