Thx for the info guys I appreciate it alot. This weekend I'll try to lower mine and see what happens. I really like the look of woody1981's bikes stance I was just not sure how to go about getting it safely. If I need to buy another front end I'm ok with I just wanted to see if it was possible...

Woodys bike about the look I'm going for but he is running 360 front end with race tech springs. If I drop the rear 2 inch and the front 2 inch how is that changing the way the bike will handle?

Thx guys I plan on dropping the rear 2 as well this is not gonna be a race bike just a around town cruiser

So I've been searching and searching and cannot find a straight answer on if you can lower 1973 cl350 forks through the triple tree? I plan on a 2 inch drop

I didn't install them but it looks like they were slip-on then welded and grinded and chromed.

Re: cl350 exhaust OK sorry Ive been busy but here is the tank and side covers. The tank is in good condition it does need wiped down and the inside will need a clean. There is also a small chip at the bottom of the tank but no dent. The side covers are in good condition also. If you have pm'ed...

the exhaust is off of project bike i got a few weeks ago and dont have a need for it. The pipes are in really good condition with no rust and no dents i have all the coupler pieces and bolts for it also taking offers on it pm me with offers'

thx for the replies ive been on a search for a front end for a week or 2 now and have had no luck finding one thats complete. My bike is clean but the pictures ive taken make it look beter then it is. There is alittle surface rust on the spokes and the bars are just starting to get surace rust...

Bought a project a couple of weeks ago and am ready to start taking it down and rebuilding! 73 cl350 i got the motor with the lower portion taken apart due to a problem with the kick starter.I plan on selling the tank and side covers and pipe and speedo or tach cuz I won't be needing it.
