I never liked going down in the front because of the stress it puts on the chain. That hesitation is a pain to sort out. I'm still working it out but I have a much different set up than you/ Keep me posted .

No pics (Iam at work) I started to break it down ad clean it up. So far I need a battery. plug wire, and about 300 scotchbrite pads.... Its fun to get into another project bike

Here's the start I'm breaking it down and cleaning it up. I have plans that keep changing, but as I clean it the bike shows promise. I'll keep ya posted on progress
