I would do the mid 90's cb400. Great little bike and the one's I've seen in America have been fantastic little machines. I really want one. Could also do a NC30 400cc v4 from the late 80s-mid 90s
One thing you my want to check is if they are till in business. I heard that they closed their doors. They also like to bend easily I hear. I can't confirm this but I have heard it more then once. People do seem to like them just not as much as otehr aftermarklet wheels.
I get the exhaust and although new wheels can help teh stockers look great and aren't as heavy as one would think. Unless you can get some of the rad OZ's. Those would be worth it.

it's a s 32 II 1966 im not expecting anything fast and not really looking for something fast so much as something cool old and fun to putt around on plus its a 2 stroke so its even cooler
