I have an opportunity to buy a 74 CB 750 for $300. It is complete and turns over but is a real snotter. The guy doesn't want to go through the electrical and he doesn't have the title (which the DMV says won't be a problem). What do you guys think?

I took my fork seals out a few weeks ago and I forgot which way is up. There is a bevel on the inside of one side and the other side is flat. Both sides have a spring. Thanks!!

Well I finally decided that it was time to start the tear down. I started on the forks and started polishing them . Here are some before and after of the lower forks and the nearly finished master cylinder. I am going to be ordering some better polishing gear from swmetal.com this week and some...
"My First Time".........Polishing! I polished the master cylinder cover today. It was like black anodizing that needed to go. I have never tryed this before and I must say for a $10.00 polishing kit from Home Depot, I am pretty happy.
