    saving a 1980 KZ750 twin

Dude.... nice... I need to make a set of headers for my KZ750 Twin. this gives me ideas.... really bugs me that there are no aftermarket exhausts available. I'm still torn between 2-1 or 2-2 with a a cross over.

I’ll start a thread soon. Cleaning the rusty tank and gummy carbs right now to get it to run before stripping hit down.

Picked up this disgusting ‘77 KZ750B yesterday. Good thing it was free with a title. Will tear off that jammer and try to get it running, then start tearing it down for a custom job of yet undetermined stying. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I managed to pull the trigger on a new Harley Pan America special. I traded the 2017 Road Glide Special in on it. Ride home was fantastic despite the 25mph headwind. Weather needs to clear up so I can get my break in miles. (The green bike in the background is the one I traded)

Cool.... I'm debating on upgrading to the ELD4 charging system and the crank fired ignition from EME. That'll be in the home stretch of my build, not cheap. looking good. Seat reminds me of a BSA seat with the little bump.

    Wheel spacer builder/mock up kit?

I most recently just measure then make them on the lathe. I've also stacked washers and then measure the stack. (this is quick and pretty accurate, add a couple of thin ones in there and you can get within -1/16") I've also made temp ones on the 3D printer... but that's way slower than just...

I like it... totally post-apocolyptic. How are your calves against the pipes? I suspect you'll need to fabricate some stainless shields at some point.

I still wanna hack an airhead into a custom build. The ‘74 R90S I’m working on now is going to be a restoration. It is just too rare of a bike to chop up. I’ll wait until I can score a good donor r100 or r80. A mono shock model would be awesome.

‘65 Triumph T120R Bobber - “Ticket To Ride”

The rear wheel consists of 16"x3" Harley rim mated to a dual disk Harley Narrow Glide front hub. The rotor is just an 11" Harley Rotor (I think it's a Drag Specialties black zinc plated rotor) The Caliper and hanger are from DNA and I think is a Right Caliper for a Springer front end. The...

    1982 CB750F...Better Devil

I just did my BMW tank with the Caswell dragon’s blood stuff and it’s sitting and curing. I lined a triumph tank the other day with Red-Kote. I MUCH prefer the Caswell stuff. The big old 6.2 gal beemer tank took the entire kit to line with very little pour out. Nice work getting it going. First...
