Dude.... nice... I need to make a set of headers for my KZ750 Twin. this gives me ideas.... really bugs me that there are no aftermarket exhausts available. I'm still torn between 2-1 or 2-2 with a a cross over.
Picked up this disgusting ‘77 KZ750B yesterday. Good thing it was free with a title.
Will tear off that jammer and try to get it running, then start tearing it down for a custom job of yet undetermined stying.

Bravo! I just tried to start my R90S resto yesterday and didn’t have quite the luck you did. It’ll start but won’t run gotta go back through the Dellortos, something ain’t right.
Nice job. Can’t wait to see it all wrapped up
I managed to pull the trigger on a new Harley Pan America special. I traded the 2017 Road Glide Special in on it. Ride home was fantastic despite the 25mph headwind. Weather needs to clear up so I can get my break in miles.

I've also made temp ones on the 3D printer... but that's way slower than just...
I still wanna hack an airhead into a custom build. The ‘74 R90S I’m working on now is going to be a restoration. It is just too rare of a bike to chop up. I’ll wait until I can score a good donor r100 or r80. A mono shock model would be awesome.
The rear wheel consists of 16"x3" Harley rim mated to a dual disk Harley Narrow Glide front hub. The rotor is just an 11" Harley Rotor (I think it's a Drag Specialties black zinc plated rotor) The Caliper and hanger are from DNA and I think is a Right Caliper for a Springer front end.
The...
I just did my BMW tank with the Caswell dragon’s blood stuff and it’s sitting and curing. I lined a triumph tank the other day with Red-Kote. I MUCH prefer the Caswell stuff. The big old 6.2 gal beemer tank took the entire kit to line with very little pour out. Nice work getting it going. First...
