    1975 CB360T conversion to CL?

the only custom thing I did regarding mounting was I welded a stud to the end of the cap nut on on the left shock...and it was on this stud that I mounted the bracket. That being said, this I guess isn't a "true" cl360...Its a modified high pipe exhaust, if you are mounting the oem scrambler...

    1972 CB175 2-1 Exhaust Build

CB360 more shots Also...sourced a CL360 side cover which I painted flat black (no emblems on yet, wanted to detail those and touch them up), as well as I used 2000k header paint to paint the headers vs. header wrap. Still holding up with no issues (and no god awful smell).

    1972 CB175 2-1 Exhaust Build

CB360 2-1 Exhaust Hi Everyone, Thought I'd throw in a picture of my new scrambleresqe project which I used the exact same process as above with a few differences. I sourced a MUCH better EMGO long muffler with actual baffles that make this sound and run a lot better. Also, I was able to...

Valves not fully closed at LT mark

Finishing this thread out...Started up the bike tonight and it runs as strong as it has since I've had it. the right side was backfiring pretty badly and both plugs were fouling. I thought for sure I lashed the valves which is why I didnt try it again until now...obviously I was doing it...

Valves not fully closed at LT mark

Just a quick reply...of course you guys were right, 180 degree turn and they were closed properly. Reading the manual too closely and not thinking of the actual action of the engine will be my excuse. Thanks for the help and sorry for the pretty obvious post...

Valves not fully closed at LT mark

Thank you Sonreir, I really appreciate your reply. I'll be honest, I did not know that... Still fairly green and possibly rely on manuals a little more than most for my "how to" guide. For what its worth I did search a bit on here but was unable to find a good reference to my issue, which is...

Valves not fully closed at LT mark

HI All, As the subject says, I've been having running issues with my bike (history below) that I believe was related to the valves not being adjusted properly. I get the covers off (side and valve), and follow the steps looking for TDC by letting the left valve go all the way down, then start...

Ideas for reupholstered stock pan cb360

I think what I will do is just take it down to the upholstery shop down in Indy and let him work his magic. Ultimately I just want a thinner seat with nice stitching in a material resembling an old brown baseball glove. I'll likely take it to him next week, so when I get it back I'll post what...

Ideas for reupholstered stock pan cb360

Hi All! I was hoping to solicit for pictures of stock pans that have been reupholstered. I've got a cb360, but really any picture you have where the stock pan has been professionally redone with preferably a lower profile would be greatly appreciated. I'd eventually like to take my pan to a...

    CB360 UNI Filters

Thank you both, this is exactly what I needed to know and half expected...a bit too good to be true. I do still have both air filters, but they are dirty as hell. I have read where some have replaced the paper in the stock filters with new paper...or like you said, pay the cash and get new...

    CB360 UNI Filters

Hi All, I first apologize for asking this as I'm sure its been answered on here, but I cannot find what I'm looking for. I mainly would like clarification or possibly a picture of someone using the UNI filters on a CB360 with the stock battery box/side covers. The description on these things...

    New Tyres for a CB350F

Hi There. I'm in the same boat and its been a while since I've been in the market for tires... looking at the 712s, the only size that apply thats available is the 100/90-18 (rear). I like the price of this tire, and the reviews seem to fit your comment above, but (novice question now...)...

    CL360 Headers / Exhaust

Hi All, Joining the club with this request, but I am after a set of Exhaust pipes from a CL360. Condition needs to at least be solid...rust is fine with me. Also, I don't even need the muffler, my plans are to make a 2-1 with a custom Y pipe into a single muffler (similiar to what I did with...
