1979 RD400 daytona. Has CDI ignition
I swapped motors out for another. Put same carbs on as the other motor. I tested the resistance on the charging circuit and it all checks out. It just wont fire. Plugs are wet.

Guys I just picked this up. A rescue of sorts. The guy didn't want it any more so he sold it to me for dirt cheap.
Lots of work to be done. Guy says it starts first kick and he wasn't lying. Bike is awesome.
Finally after 4 rebuilds, got my engine to stay together. Runs mint. Only thing I have left to do is fit my alloy CR tank and bump seat.
