I have a 73 Honda CB500. The plastic case around my 15 fuse has broken in half and is not useable/repairable. Can I buy a new one somewhere or does anyone have a suggestion on something that would serve the same purpose?

I have a 73 Honda CB500K with a quarter-sized hole of rust on both the left and right upper tail pipes. Is there anything I can do to repair the damage?
