    $50 mod thread

It maybe difficult to tell from the picture but these differ from normal t-bolts. 1) every t-bolt I found was to wide for the application on my CB360 2) T-bolts still have a pinch point at the top, these are segmented to eliminate that. 3) these are designed to separate and expand to make...

    $50 mod thread

Stainless steel "stepless" clamps for carb boots. Seals better than factory and those stupid worm drive ones. They are thin enough to work very well in all applications http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/appages/oetiker.php

    XV920 "Short Bus"

At PJ's suggestion I am switching from a Koehler style reg/rec to a MOSFET style(running an anti-gravity battery). The one you are using is one of the best price wise, but I like to fully understand what I am getting into, and I can't wrap my head around the 7? wires coming out of it.

    XV920 "Short Bus"

Care to share a copy of that wiring diagram you have under your voltage regulator/rectifier? Trying to figure out how/why it has so many wires, when I only need 3....haha

    CB360 Garage Build....Donna

So the question remains, with the battery itself warning "max charge 4 amps" how do i keep the bike from craming more than 4 amps into the battery...and subsequent failure? I emailed anti-grav to hear what they have to say

Well it finally cooked the 5 amp fuse. So I guess you were right (yup). So what the heck am I looking for to limit this to >4amps? A resistor of some sort? I can't find a regulator that even specs amperage

    CB360 Garage Build....Donna

I will have to give that a shot, honestly I dont rev the bike past 8k except on rare occasion. Shocks look/fit great. And from the mileage I have on them feel good. As for travel, I noticed (using the bumper idea) that i use up about 5/8ths of the total travel. Probably less than yours because...

    CB360 Garage Build....Donna

Had not heard anything bad about these regulator/rectifiers. This one was one of the Kohler units i had heard people having much success with. As a precaution the output has a 5 amp fuse on it...which has not blown - Only about 120 miles or so The battery lists a maximum charging amperage of 4...

Under seat electronics tray (no cafe hump)

Under seat electronics tray (no cafe hump) Best bet is to take a cardboard box and cut it up/tape it together in the planned configuration. Then test fit your parts into it. Make sure you do this with major moving parts attached to the bike....IE rear wheel for clearance
