I just bought new bushings for the swing arm and lower shock mount rubbers.
Can I use a press to get the old ones out? Does anyone have any suggestions?

I need help! I spend all day trying to remove the cylinder block. The pistons are seized up in it. I tried wd40 and tapping it with a mallet and large flathead screwdriver under the 736cc block but it still won't budge.
Starting work on my first Honda, and I'm wondering what the best manual I can use is.
I'm new to this forum so I'm sory if I posted this in the wrong place.
