Anyone in the states ever see these before? Found them on the Wrenchmonkees website and think they will make a good addition to the XS750 build. I would just prefer not to have to import them.
I have some bad road rash on some mufflers and think the best way to clean it up would be to get a ceramic coating on them. I can't find a replacement, so it looks like I can either replace the whole unit ($$$) or get a coating on them. Any help is appreciated.
It has only been worn once. It is just a tiny bit too small. I just want to sell it to get one size larger. Unfortunately my wife threw out the box so I can't return it. They go new for $159 now. I'm asking for $140 shipped.
I need to shorten my clutch and throttle cable. Whats the best way? I have new motion pro cables so I don't want to have to go get ones that are shorter. Just want to shorten the ones I already have.
Thanks in advance.
Selling these clean lowering blocks that fit CB750s and CB550s. If I recall correctly they lower the bike 2 inches. Not 100% on that though. $45.
Not my picture, but only one I could find with them on a bike.
Has anyone snapped one of these on to a gringo helmet? I wondering A. how it might look, and B. if it will fit in the opening in the helmet. Just curious.
My CB350 twin is starving for fuel on the top end when I'm flat out. My carbs are synked and jetted correctly but it starves a little on the top end and causes slight sputtering. Almost as if I'm running out of fuel. My fuel lines are not crimped or clogged, I'm just not getting the volume...
It is time to change out my fork oil on my CB350G and the Clymer Manual says to remove the forks from the trees, however I cant figure out why. Can't I just jack up the bike so the forks are fully extended and then fill them up with Bel-Ray 15w fork oil? This would save me a bunch of trouble...
They look identical other than the fork gaiters. Are they compatible? My wife's bike has pitting at the fork seal and oil just started seeping past the seal. I have access to two CB360 forks and if they are compatible I would prefer to use the spares over trying to source a CB350 replacement.
It's time to replace my fork oil. My plan was to go for Bel-Ray 15 weight. I'm weigh about 195 with all of my gear on. Will this weight firm up the front end a little or should I make the jump to 20 weight?
Here is a link to some photo's of the DC Distinguished Gentleman's Ride that were on the DCist.com. The ride was a lot of fun. I'm glad I went and will definitely be going again next year.

Any one have a trick to removing exhaust gaskets? It is on an xs750. I don't want to damage the head, but I can't seam to get them out. It was much easier on my Honda CB. Anyone have a trick?
The bike is a 79 XS750 special with Mikuni MKII carbs. I am running pod filters and a modified 3-1 Jardine that has been shortened and added a cone engineering muffler. I added a picture of what it looked like when I was test fitting it. Now the exhaust is about 4 inches shorter, welded, sand...

I was syncing my carbs and all was good, but when going on a test ride I noticed my right carb was sputtering whenever I would first turn the throttle. The Left carb was fine. When starting from a stop, the right carb would sputter and then eventually fire just fine. This leaves me to believe it...
