Trying to figure out the random no start in my 81 xs11... Peeling apart circuits, voltage regulator draws ~.5v and is the only draw with the key off. Is this normal? It acts normal when the engine is running. Thanks.

They usually pretty on the outside and seized solid on the inside, I havent had much luck getting apart old pipes without wrecking them, but you can always try... I think gs pipes are double walled too, just so you know.

Usually fenders have thicker material where they bolt to the forks, chopping up the fender shouldnt do much as far as the fork bracing ability. That being said, fenders offer little fork bracing...

Stock gs750s have a tubular rear swingarm. Your forks also look to be shorter than a stocker, check google images for comparison... Also, stock rotors aren't drilled.

Thats how it works. Your bike uses 2 plugs per hole, and they both fire at the same time (compression stroke) and fire again on the exhaust stroke. The wasted spark thing is so you dont have to run a "distributor" of sorts, you can just run signal right to the coil and the byproduct is to have...
