I did just find some small cracks, ordered from cb360 just a second ago. I will inspect the boots more when I get them off, the cracks I noticed were extremely small but I'm sure there are more severe ones hiding under the clamps or on the inner side thats hard to see.

here are the plugs The timing was done static, I may be getting a timing light tonight just to be sure. The intake boots seem to be in really good shape.

Hi I am trying to split my case to fix the kickstart mechanism. I have all of the bolts out but I can't seem to seperate the lower case. What is this pin hanging out in the picture? It seems that this is a contributing factor to it not coming apart.

So did you by chance turn the kickstarter while the bike idled and it increase the noise along with a slight vibrating/ratcheting tactile response?
