Side covers and airboxes I don't have. When I got the bike the previous owner put on a pair of uni filters. Not sure what he did with those. Sorry. Same deal with the sidecovers, no idea what the p.o. did with them.
Got in a little over my head and now I'm parting out a project of mine. Basically everything you'd have on a stock cl350 has it's papers too.
Parts I can think off off the top of my head:
Exhaust (One small quarter sized hole in one of the mufflers. Should be a quick easy weld or patch.)
Seat...
Basically, I managed to get a hold of a front end for a CB550. Forks, triple trees, ears, rim, and disc. But, it's missing the entire disc brake system. If anyone has a decent condition one kicking around reply or shoot me a PM!
Hey, I'm looking for a cap for a benelli mojave 360 tank. I just picked up a tank but it didn't come with the cap or petcocks. The petcocks I have solved though haha. Shoot me a PM or comment with a price and I'll respond. Or if you know any other benelli caps that can fit it it'd be a huge...
Keepin' it classy with the 1974. I look forward to your completion of this bike! Let me know if you're looking for any stocker parts. I might have some rolling around here that I'm not doing anything with.
I'm not sure that's a 1973, I thought the 1974 was the only year that came in orange with the front disc.
Beside the point! Real nice looking bike you have there, I've got one I know the ins and outs of. So I'm really excited to see one get cafe'd!
I'd suggest what the other guys are...
Hey everyone, I bought this as my first bike, spent some time cleaning it up and rode it for some time.
It was a fun bike, I still love it, but its time to move on to something a little bit bigger haha.
I also really want it to go to a good home. It just isn't getting as much appreciation as it...
Believe me I have been HUNTING on ebay for these carbs. I've found some in the 200$ range for the full kit. As soon as christmas rolls around I can tell you right now what I'm buying, it being the most expensive part of this build haha.
I'm estimating around 700$ for all the parts I need/want...
You're the man, thanks so much! I'll try it out on the chain cover first to see how it goes and I'll report back sometime soon!
Quick edit: Cripes! This Rattle Can Bling thread is probably the most informative thread I've ever read in my life. thank you so much for this info!!
Hey! I'm Jesse, 17 and from upstate New York. I got into bikes when I bought my first, a 1974 CB125S1, after tinkering with it I decided to try my hand at building my own bike! I decided to go with the cafe racer style because it really sparked my interest! I wanted to see if you guys could help...
