Hey, it's been a while... Well I managed to get my ownership issues out of the way even though it took until August 15th!!! It never stopped me from riding it though! Lol
Here's a pic with the new pipes.
Unfortunately, I've dropped the ball on this project... I had to rebuild my triple motor over last winter and that pretty much soaked up my motorcycle funds and I've been too busy riding that one for the summer months.
I hope to get busy on it again this fall. :)
Good score! Kawi has made these from 1969 to 2003. The rotary valve 100 can be modified to have the same port timing as the G31M dirt bike which made 18 hp.
A buddy of mine did the port mods and added a pipe, now he's getting a top speed of 70 mph in New Mexico (the elevation difference works...

A "frame off rebuild" doesn't really carry much weight with a motorcycle, does it??? Lol
