The wheels really are a nice change from the stock mags. Its a pretty straightforward conversion. I used an XT500 rear hub and XS650 front hub. Buchanan's drilled the Excel rims and cut the spokes. Then it was just a matter of throwing the hub into the box and shaking it up and a wheel...

There is something addictive about this engine. I did put a 540 Wiseco in it with a mild Megacycle cam and the FCR carb, the engine is magic. Still working on getting the jetting dialed on the FCR but its close, went to a 165 from a 160 today and went down a clip position on the needle. It...
