Ok... I was wrong... I looked again this morning before leaving for work. The upper tree is cracked (near each fork holes). The lower tree is just rusted, but no fractures (that I can see).
I guess I'll look for a 750 front end. I plan on putting on clip-ons for bars.

Do you still have the forks/tripple/balls and races? I just bought a 1974 cb360, and both triple trees are cracked. What kind of condition are they in?

New to the "club", and I purchased my first project bike this weekend. 1974 CB360. Likely, it will be a while before it is up and running.... might even need some technical advise / help along the way as well.
