Holy s@#$, killer rig. I'm working on a 450 myself. What type of exhaust are you running? I've been looking all over for just such a system. Any info. would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Bukowski.

Sorry about the late response, just have'nt checked the site much lately. Unfortunately those stikers where stategically placed over dents and scratches.

Thanks for the info. I thought they where on backwards. I just picked up the bike several weeks ago. The Marzocchi's are leaking badly, have replacements coming. I can use all the help I can get. Thanks again.

Thanks stik. The camera did not show the true condition of the bike. I'm currently tearing it down to get at the frame and remove the latex house paint the previous owner used to bathe the entire bike in. This will more then likely be a long drawn out process; first build blues don't you...

Hey Metaltriumph, your spot on, that's exactly what my plans are. I just hope I can keep on task. Thanks for the positve feedback.

    72 Honda 450 First Build.

I know nothing about the history of this bike; possibly a blessing in disguise. The stickers have nothing to do with the suspension. The stickers were placed on the bike to hide blemishes. The rear shocks are Marzocchi and the front internals are stock. The front dual disc brakes are...

Thanks Big R, I would like to take it apart and give it a once over, nothing too over the top. This is my first and hopefully not my last tear down.

The camera gave the bike a break, it's a little rough. I'm planning on tearing it down for a slight make over.

The camera made the bike look a whole lot better than it actually is. I'm currently tearing it down for a make over, nothing too over the top.

Thanks Krash, I'm in Madison. Do you know anybody in these parts into this kinda rig? I don't see many at the various bike nights and random cruising around town.

I think your right. The previous owner had it in his garage and did nothing to it.

Buon Giorno, Just picked up this rig last week. I will have literally one million questions, and from the looks of this site and the fellow cafe crazies, I will have an answer for every one. Thanks in advance to all who give advise. ][/img]
