What about a board track racer?

There are tons of Cafe Blasts out there too, but that Tracker linked too on JJ is amazing.

My Royal Enfield Cafe Racer project.

Hey Gordon, Nice Ride. Quick question, or maybe not so quick... What are the realistic Maint/reliability concerns for a modern RE? Are we talking adjustments every 200 miles or new top end every 1000? There's a Bullet Military on CL that looks pretty freekin sweet if I can come up with...

Yamaha XS11 Cafe Bruiser Cruiser Project

Can you see all the holes?? If so my last tank I simply patched with JB weld and then Kreemed the inside of the tank. Been that way for almost 10 years now with no problems.

    "Unrecognizeable" CB450 in Chicago

Thats a sweet lookin CB. Nice work. Looks like your toe is getting into your pipe, you got any adjustability in those rear sets?

    "Unrecognizeable" CB450 in Chicago

Man you can't tell us that without providing some pics. Did I miss something the last pic is of a half finished motor...

    My cb750

How bout that. I thought they were 4 into 2 like the later DOHC F's.

    My cb750

I'm pretty sure Honda never had a SOHC 750 with a 4 into 1 stock.

    My cb750

Is that a Supertrapp Megaphone in that first pic?? Are you going to use it? If not let me know if you need anything and we might be able to trade.

    CB Café

Wow, Do you know how long I stared at the first pic trying to figure out where the battery was?? Thats nice, I just might have to steal that idea.

    400 Maxim nearly complete

Doesn't everything??? Did you just lower the Forks in the trees? or are they different forks? Bike looks great, gives me some ideas for my LTD440 which I didn't think was cafeable either.

    My 1980 XS400 project

This little bike looks so sweet. In fact the style of your bike is what I have in mind for my CB750. I like the look of the smaller headlight better, but the original don't look bad either.

    Project Odin - XS400F

Damn, that's ONLY $25 more a month than I pay for my Blackbird! Of course I do all my biz with one company, but still seems a little steep for a 30 year old 400cc bike.

    Project "SLiM"-1974 Honda CB/CL 450 Cafe Racer/Tracker Project Updated 3/10/08*

Re: Project "SLiM"-1974 Honda CB/CL 450 Cafe Racer/Tracker Project Updated 3/10/ Now that you mention it me neither. The battery I was thinking was the big 6v ones you get at a hardware store. If it came from a motorcycle shop it has to be a 12v battery doesn't it?

    Project "SLiM"-1974 Honda CB/CL 450 Cafe Racer/Tracker Project Updated 3/10/08*

Re: Project "SLiM"-1974 Honda CB/CL 450 Cafe Racer/Tracker Project Updated 3/10/ What kind of shop are you going to?? I would advise keeping your bike as far away as possible. Volts is volts, if you have an item that takes 12v to work properly it needs 12v. Think of it in plumbing terms...

    86 GS550 cafe fighter

Well no offense but in those sizes nothing is "Meaty". And those sizes are going to seriously limit your choices. Avon has a couple of tires that look pretty tough and aren't to expensive. I like the Roadrider AM26. Chaparral has your sizes for about $80 a piece. If that is out of your range...

    Project Checkbook; Chris' Small Project

How many people think "Chris' small project" is bigger than their Big project? Maybe he meant small in stature and not small in amount of work. ;D Looks good Chris

Tail light source for cafe seat

They have an Ebay store too. I recommend them. I bought some brake and clutch levers for the ZRX I sold, good product, prices, and quick shipping.

    Project "SLiM"-1974 Honda CB/CL 450 Cafe Racer/Tracker Project Updated 3/10/08*

Re: Project "SLiM"-1974 Honda CB/CL 450 Cafe Racer/Tracker Project Updated 12/30 Yes, it's a sealed battery and can be mounted upside down if you need to. Batteries like this are often used for electric power chairs and such and they can't exactly have them leaking in the environments that...

Another CB750 project, code name "Guttersnipe"

Good tip on the ply wood. I haven't decided what I'm doing with the corners yet. I'm on a pretty strict budget so even an extra $20 makes a difference. I'm going to just paint it the same color as the frame so I've been thinking about filling them using JB weld and then sand and smooth. Tell me...
