Anyone put spools on the stocker swingarm? I don't have a center stand and it bugs me to work on the bike while on the kickstand.

I did something similar to what you were thinking. I bought a cheap combo LED strip and made little tabs out of 20ga sheet to bend around the led and hold it in place. It is pretty ghetto but it works for now. I would like to figure out a better way to mount the strip in the future.
