Took the cut off pieces and filled the cafe hump then covered it with the firmest carpet padding I could get. It took quite a lot of finagling but it turned pretty sweet. Then came up with a design . Bought some vinyl and got to work.
Had to test the fit on the bracket and then cut a relief in the back of the pan to flatten the back.
Kept the sides of the pan to follow the lines of the side covers.
Marked out how much I wanted off the sides of the stock seat pan, cut out a sliver and then cut the foam to match.
Then worked on heigth of the foam and the curve up.
Thats amazing man. Can you help a cleaning failure, to see the light? What sort of process do you go thru to get thta stuff to shine like that.....especially the fork lowers?
any tips from a master would be appreciated...

I totally agree!!! I was just saying I like those tires. I could never go fenderless. I do like the look but it's not very practical. Besides my 850 special has chrome fenders. Why would I get rid of those. Lol. I'm just trying to get a straight answer on what size tires I should get...
