Hahaa! Thanks Joey!
Yeahhhh it was a rather tricky one to work out logistically, but the solution seems to work pretty well. I feel bad for kind of skipping over it in this build thread, but things have been THAT frantic lately that I'll let the pictures do the talking when I eventually get...
This build is rapidly drawing closer to its completion! I've put together a quick post with videos of her first test run as well as a cheeky vid showing how rich the left barrel is running:

Still got a bit to do in the way of rear/front guards to...
Oh wow! Quite a different climate to Sydney, Australia where I reside! Our summers are warm, but not typically inferno-level and our winters are cold but not glacial. I ride all year round here (commuting mainly and spirited rides when I'm able to spring the spare time). That sun in Arizona...
Some cheeky progress shots of last night's paint and muffler positioning.
Welding header collars into place today and sanding back/distressing tank paint tonight before clear-coating to preserve the "abused" look.
Thanks a million Cursh! ;D They are indeed the factory wheels (I've included a front wheel before/after image for comparison). They come up quite nice when updated with some satin paint!
Fortunately I own a few bikes, so I've not been stranded at any stage of this build! I think I'd go insane...
Holy hell it has been a busy week. Tonnes of smaller jobs have been tackled.
It's been unbelievably difficult to keep this part of the build documented, but I've done my best to do so. I've just put together a "catch up" post of sorts to keep everyone who may be interested up to date. Possibly...
Oh man! I truly appreciate the offer of assistance Ryan!
Fortunately (for the time being) I've seemingly got everything I need to bring this one to completion, but I'll keep that in mind! Down here in Australia, the beloved airheads are in high demand and are a lot more scarce than in Europe!
Hahaa! Hell yeah Cursh, I love the Bundesadler too ;)
I've currently got the decal under construction, but it should be ready any day now! Then it is time to paint my tank (can't wait!)
Thanks a million JohnGoFast! Really appreciate the positive feedback :)
I'll post another video of the bike running when I've picked up the mufflers I'm going to be fitting. My idea is to fit side-mouth "turn out" mufflers (one on each side) ;)
I'm truly stoked with how strong the seat pan is...
Thanks Maritime! I'm glad you like it thus far :)
A load of work will have been completed by this time next week - I'm aiming to have this build ready for "shakedown" within the fortnight 8)
Got some more work on the seat done and have posted some pics and further details on my blog:

The last picture below is a just a bit of my toying around with ideas for the tank.
Received another package from MotorWorks in the UK. Contained a bunch of stuff for getting closer to completion. I've whipped up a little post with further information on my blog:

It's not urgent, but if anyone has some recommendations for tank...
Big weekend of fabrication!
The rear sub-frame and seat pan for my build is now all but sorted. More pics and more info in my latest blog post:
