    First Build - CB750

    The bars are wrapped with some tape to increase the diameter before I add cork tape for a cushion layer, and then wrapped with the same fabric that the seat will be upholstered with. My seat has been there 2 weeks with no progress yet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Thanks! The can said to apply all coats within an hour, 10 minutes apart. I did two dust coats and a wet coat for the first pass, and then 3 more. Same on the frame. I hit it with a heat gun after each coat. The prep was laborious. I used wire wheels, flap discs, toothbrush, sandpaper, etc...

    Haven't decided on the helmets yet sorry. Painted the frame instead of powder. Used the same low gloss enamel as engine and exhaust. Using my screen printing flash dryer to help the cure. You can see my engine in the back positioned and anxiously awaiting the frame to be dropped over. Also...
