Not sure you need new tire with alloy rims you may have tubless tires. if that's that case probably just need valve stem. At the most it's a tube you need to replace.

I know it would not qualify for the longest trip mentioned here but 14 hours on a 32 year old 200cc is a lot of fun. I did 7 hours on my Vespa p200 from Connecticut through to Shelburne Vermont in one day rode around for a day then rode back the following day.
