It's definitely running lean. I'm probably going to have to jump up two sizes on the carbs. I'm also going to try to re seal my air box to see if that helps any. Its not enough to keep me from riding. Its just a little sluggish when its cold.
I lost one of my lens covers for my dime city cycles Round Bullet Style Aluminum Turn Signals. I emailed dime city and they were really nice, but they don't sell the lens cover itself. I would have to buy a whole signal, but they are temporarily sold out. If you have the signal or just the lens...
not that I have noticed. I still have the fender. we cut it down and were still planning on putting it back on. I was thinking of just cleaning the brace up and mounting that. I'm sure it would be a little more stiff if I put something between the forks.

thanks man. it turned out awesome. I'm going to have to take the engine apart this winter. the head gasket has a really slow oil leak. I usually have to wash the oil off of the front of the engine once a week.

As requested. Here are some pics of the rear fender.
After initially fitting it and going for a ride, I noticed that the fender was bending in the middle and torquing. We welded a piece of steel rod on the front in hopes of keeping it from bending.
The tabs underneath are for the turn...
The exhaust wrap came in today. I ordered 50ft of dei titanium wrap and 8 dei stainless ties. I just had enough. I definitely wish I ordered more ties.

We just need to paint the fenders, make some side covers, wrap the exhaust, and put the bar end mirror. Almost done.

Laying down some striping. So far, so good. If the colors don't look well when we lay the tank on the bike, I have a backup color scheme. Its just tough with having the gold wheels.
