The bike I'm working on came in with a cracked top tree and appears it's been broken for some time. I don't think I'll get the cast clean enough to TIG weld it back together and would rather just get ahold of a functional top triple to replace it. Let me know if you have one!

DM250 Removed from a home-built scrambler frame, motor is very free and clean, oil even looks good in it.....kicks over with enough compression that the kickback hurts. I am about 75% sure this came from a 1963 Diana, but could be a Monza and could be 1961-1963 based on serial number research...
