tcbroschoppers.com sells hardtail kits for the xs650 but all the bike between the late 70's and 80's have pretty similar frames that im sure would fit your bike...check em out!
um not yet but ill have one up by tonight...and the top end rebuild wasnt that bad...as long as u have a good memory lol these 450's are real simple motors.
the only thing i would worry about is the lunch box filling with water in a surprise thunderstorm...but you got that covered right?
