that great to hear. I have a new triumph, and looking to pick up another one once I pay this one off and cafe the scrambler fully. Dayton right now doesn't have crap for the cafe scene what so ever. I think maybe one other person in the whol town knows what one is to start with. Atlanta with the...
Wanting to get some feedback on the Atlanta crowd on what parts of town are good/bad or other? Where are the local Triumph riders dives, what is the RAT scene like there? Many TonUp guys? Is there are Rocker/Mod scene like Chicago/Dallas or anything?
Looking at a handful of city's to relocate...

my '08 Scrambler (not so scrambler now)
Crappy cell picture above, Here is one at work I just ran out and snapped yesterday. I have my bags on it because I was taking catalogs to dealers in the area and had a few parts to bring back for chrome work in the tail bag.
I really think I will make this, sounds like a good time. Might bring a builder buddy of mine who owns a shop in the Dayton, maybe a few guys from work here. They all ride HD/metric stuff but still just more bikers/riders, good group of guys.
be pretty cool to check this out, can't seem to find anyone in the Dayton area that does much of anything, with vintage, cafe, retro bikes. Mostly just Metric / Harley and sport bike guys up here. Could be a really nice ride down and back. I will do my best to attened, not much for coffee but I...
This is very much what we do here. Any shop could do it if they know how to measure out the spokes and get you the right parts. It just happends we make spokes here. I don't want to take any business away from sponsors of the site but if you wanted to send me your wheels (don't take them apart...
I can tell you i have typed out a response about 20 times, and keep changing it. I didn't want to sound stupid, by saying I did it cause I can, but more or less that is why. I didn't want more power out of the bike so I didn't spend the money there. If I did I would have got a different bike. I...
After going over my recipts again it looks more like $800ish for rims, spokes, putting them together and sealing them. This does not include tax or shipping.
I have the tank bag on because I am at work, Have to take my lunch some how....
Also put on Lowbrow Tracker bars over the weekend. Really make the riding position more forward leaning.
next will be lucas tail lights, relocated rear turns and smaller front turns. Then back to suspension in...
For rims and spokes laced, sealed tubeless it was around $1000ish for the set (using stock hubs). Granted I work here too. I see i could have got alloy rims for about $1500 but I didn't want alloy rims, want the classic wire wheel look:
We have been talking around here of offering this service...

Ding Ding Ding - Winner that is right Dayton Ohio
Actually I had another user name on here a year or so ago but I don't remember it or the e-mail address I registered with so I had to get a new one. As I use the call sign Dayton on the Rat forum thought I would keep it...
