    Rim offset. Specific to CB/CL450's

Thanks for the input, it is in correctly. (On the drum hub 450, you couldn't put it in backwards anyways, as the speedo gear wouldn't clear the notch in the bottom of the fork if it were)

    Rim offset. Specific to CB/CL450's

Have a question here that I cannot find the real answer to after serious searching all over the place. I have had quite a number of 450's. Every one has had the rim noticably offset to the left side in relation to the forks. The problem I'm working out currently is on a '68 CL450. I have been...

1970 Honda CL450 left carburetor gas leak

You can pull the carb on a CL without pulling the pipes. The rubber boot from the airbox is plenty flexible and there's enough room to disconnect the throttle cable pretty easily. Done it plenty of times. Make a cardboard or plastic measuring gauge for the 20mm float setting as per Clymer...

    1970 CL450 engine rebuild

I own and have done dozens of of CB/CL450's I can answer a couple questions quick, and go out and measure some parts from my bin in a while: I have only ever seen the hash marks on stock cams, but that doesn't really mean much. When you say the exhaust cam is binding, what exactly is stopping...

    Let's see your pickup trucks

I went a different route for a daily driver. 35" fit pretty much no problem (rub on front leaf springs close to lock) 3" and a healthy fender trimming.

Hibernation? We've been riding all winter. This site is on its last legs. Keep up on a local Facebook group, or get to know some guys and get phone numbers. Rawfish makes it out from time to time on his badbitch chopper, but has too many responsibilities to get around for everything.

    your opinions are needed

I built one that I sold quite a number of years back At this point, would rather have a cool little stock scrambler with some dirt-biting trials tires on it.

    legacy of brutality tt500 bobber

At first, I was sad to see another of the dwindling stock of tt500's being used for something other than dominating vintage short-track racing..but you're starting to change my mind.

    Got smashed into.

You'll be back on it. Have crashed an insane number of times (stunt-riding back in late 90's-early 00's, crashes were on about a weekly basis, a couple well over 100mph) Been hit by cars, gone down from blowing out front tires, and also from just stupid shit.....Never have quit, had scared...
