Gasolina Classic boots- approx. size 10

I have a pair of Gasolina Classic boots that I ordered in the fall of last year. I was very happy with the quality, and they're just awesome looking, but I find myself using my track boots regularly now and I'd rather see someone get some use out of these. I used them maybe 10-20 times, and...

GS550E (project aborted, now for sale)

Yeah it definitely needs a carb synch for sure, the mains were already stepped up, but might need another step. I like the bike, but after coming out of several other automotive projects, I don't have the patience to see this one through during this season. Also, with being relatively new at...

GS550E (project aborted, now for sale)

Re: GS550E was cafe, is now a restoration project Well some sad news, I will likely be selling this in the very near future. I enjoy the bike but frankly between other projects its too much work for this season and I dont feel that the outcome, for me, will be worth the effort and money that I...

keep joe's salvage alive: You list what you need, if I have time I'll get it:

Re: Junk yard dog: You list what you need, if I have time I'll get it: Actually, disregard the Suzuki GS seat, I will likely be selling it in the very near future.

Re: Junk yard dog: You list what you need, if I have time I'll get it: Well if there happens to be a seat in good shape, I will certainly buy it from you.

Re: Junk yard dog: You list what you need, if I have time I'll get it: Its unlikely that you can find one but its worth a shot. I have an 80 Suzuki GS550, and I am looking for a seat for it. They are notorious for rusting out. I am looking for one off of a '77-'80 standard model. They...

GS550E (project aborted, now for sale)

Re: GS550E was cafe, is now a restoration project Well, valve cover gasket is in, hopefully that'll take care of my oil leak. Also my intake and carb o rings came in from cycleorings.com which is a truely great source for these bikes. Starting today Im going to take the carbs off, clean, dip...

GS550E (project aborted, now for sale)

Re: GS550E cafe style project Well I haven't had too much going on lately with the bike. My shocks finally came in and were installed. It feels so much better at speed now. I'd still like to get some progressive springs for the front though eventually. Well right now I have a valve cover...

Thanks! I need to redo the stickers on it as these are starting to look rough already, I think I need to stop by somewhere to get some good gloss ones made up.

    L-ski's '78 GS550

Wow that is gorgeous. Looks just like my dad's old bike. I would agree on a mild cafe or just slight revision. Then again, it would be nice to start a project on an almost totally clean slate so really this post probably isn't any help at all.

GS550E (project aborted, now for sale)

Re: GS550E cafe style project I have played bass and guitar for 7 years now, but no slapping, it really doesn't interest me much actually hahah. Those are my personal instruments but do some repairs and stuff for others as well. Its one of the few things I know more about than cars I guess....
