Thanks for the responses. Yeah I'm sure I'll be able to find some way to attach it, but I was just more looking for info. You're right, it does look a bit like a chopped up Tracy, but the lines on the side/bottom are really clean, I don't think they've been cut. Anyways, thanks for the help guys!

It's plastic. The issue is mostly figuring out how to attach it to the bike gracefully without putting big bolts in it.
