Hey thanks, guys. Yeah.. the weight, I'm not sure; I shed a lot of extra crap, maybe around the 280lb range. To answer your question about the seat, I encourage you to look at my build thread.. I've included the step by step process of how I did everything. It is nothing close to the factory...

"Shocks-Pegs-Lucky" haha Thanks for the positive feedback! The lever assembles are aftermarket to answer the question. Yeah, it's a fun bike to ride, I'm just so freeking nervous the whole time that I'm going to mess it up. haha I only have about 5 hours of riding time on it to be honest.
