Looking to build a brat/cafe in Metro Detroit....

Now that I have some miles in my rear view and a daily rider, I think its time to tackle a project. Anyone have a line on a decent CB450+ around here?

    1972 CB350 Parts

Now that I have picked up a CB900f, I have given up my aspirations of restoring a CB350 from the ground up. As a result, I emerge from hibernation with a pile of parts. Some are listed on Craigslist w/ inflated CL haggler prices. The rest of the parts are pictured. PM me and we can work out...

    WTB: Headlight Fairing

So I went away from the cafe style w/ my new bike and went with a 1982 CB900F. A headlight fairing would make it perfect for the time being. Have one left over from your build? Please PM me.

Just passed a nice Cafe Bike in Franklin...

Looked to be a darker gray in color but it was getting dark so I couldn't quite tell what make. I was on my red CB350 headed the other way on Walnut. Nice bike. If you're on here, drop me a PM.

    Admitting Defeat....

This weekend I was going to pick up some bits to repaint side covers and tank for my 1972 CB350 (I have surplus which would leave me w/ stock parts to store). Before I started though, I had second thoughts and questions about how qualified I am to do anything aside from ride a bike. If you...

FS: 1972 CB350 Frame w/ Clear Title (Metro Detroit)

As previously posted about I picked up a non-runner parts bike. My romantic and over-ambitious side had fantasies of stripping her down and rebuilding with the best parts from this one and my own running CB. Once I started my teardown, I realized just how in over my helmet I was. So, I am...

Before I just drop it on Craigslist (1972 CB350 Frame)

So I picked up a non-runner a few weeks back in order to obtain a few parts I needed/wanted. A titled frame was important to me because I wanted to possibly do a frame up using the best of both bikes. But... during my teardown, I decided to be honest to myself and realized there is no...

    Shop in Royal Oak?

I remember a while back someone had mentioned a shop in Royal Oak that dealt mainly w/ vintage bikes. Is it still there? If so, what is the name? I am having a few little issues and think a professional going over is in order.

    Advice on first project....

So when I was shopping for my first bike last year, I picked up a 1972 CB350. It is so close to original and stock, that I cannot bring myself to mess with it. the price was too good to pass up, but to deviate from original seems like a sin on a 39 year old bike (my age as well incidentally)...

    Hello from Michigan

New member here. Saw Woody's Brat Tracker on Pipeburn and the trail led here. Have a 1972 CB350 that I bought without knowing squat. Learning to ride and want to learn how to wrench on it too. Just picked up some parts (tank, side covers. etc) so I can do a respray w/o killing my original...
