It is a brand new soda blasting setup with soda blaster material, not the ag supplement so shouldnt be any sand in it. I'll just cover up the gasket surfaces to be safe I guess.

Is it safe to use a soda blaster on gasket surfaces or will it damage the mating surface?

Will these fit a 78 cb750k?

Yeah the blue tank is much too small for the 750 frame. I found some pictures of other people knee denting the 78 tank that looked good so once I get the courage up I'm going to dent the tank. I got my engine case split yesterday so next step there will be to take my new harbor freight soda...

This will be a slow log of my cb750 cafe project. The project began last summer when I had my dad pick up a 1978 cb750k that someone had already torn apart to begin building a cafe racer. Can anyone ID what type of gas tanks came with this bike? <--- Anyone have experience knee denting this...

Looking good so far. I have a 1978 cb750k im currently working on. Don't have any idea on the axle though.
