sonreir helped me with my harness. worked perfectly. he didnt build it, but help talk me through the process. and with what i spent in wire, shrink tubing, and other misc, def a deal. and mine still doesnt look as good as the one in the picture.

or i might just step up and buy some mikunis. after not being able to find diaphrams for anything less than 40 bones a piece, thinking i might able to to a mikuni vm30 setup for maybe 200 . any thoughts on which road to go down?

Went and checked this bike out. not a bad deal for someone needing a 550. Owner is named Dan, real nice guy, and might be willing to trade for a cb350 or cb360 running with title. Bike ran better than what i thought it would, just i dont have room for another project after buying a scooter...

yea for sure. with cb360's cam basically just sitting in the head, im always on the lookout for another motor.

give a shout when you get em going. the new sync gauge is coming in tomorrow.

looks to be right. single coil, dual output is what you need. check to make sure the ohms are correct. probably be 3 or 5 ohm, thats just guess, im used to cb360's so not the best help here.

id give you a 100 dollar bill. but... i live in missouri, so shipping would probably be out of the question. but if you decide to part out, i would take the head and cover.

ive had the shorai in my bike most of the winter...sitting. fired right up. i only run kicker with headlight and tail,and radio shack rectifier. very small battery, you can find them on ebay every once in a while for fifty bucks or so.

seat is in fine shape. newer cover over, i have pics of it , if anyone is interested. i was cleaning out the shed and came across it, have no need for it since my frame has been hooped.(unless i cut the hoop i guess?) seat foam has been trimmed down about an inch.

be sure if they are stainless to use anti sieze or loctite depending on the situation. ss can stretch
