I've got a hydraulic pipe bender. It may not be as accurate as you want it though.

I've only seen them for the larger frame bikes like the cb750 or xs650. However, TC Bros does sell a universal kit that is pretty nice. Pre-measured, cut and bent metal, so it does save you a little time and trouble. I think its around $100.

Think I am going to finally get to that XS650 of mine and enter it in the build off.
