Ok so a big day in shed. Firstly. The DT250 motor. Super hard to get parts for. Especially the bits I need. I need shims for the gears. I've got my manual, and it tells me that I need shims, then gears, then cir clips, but it doesn't tell me what size shims I need, nor the thickness etc. So I...

And welded the stand mount back on. So ill do the triples tomorrow and start cutting off stuff that wont be going back on. Ie. Bash plate, 2 stroke oil reservoir etc, then its off to the blasters. Or the hydro blasters, which gives a really nice finish. But it all depends on cost.

Shaneo! I'm going through the same thing at the moment. I've been doing heaps of reading and then some. I've even read somewhere that as long as the pipe is a certain length and has a certain amount of bends, it should work fine. So I'm as lost as you are, I just think that it's going to...
