One of our buddies is leaving to go overseas so we are short on a person in our 240sm warehouse in Botany, NSW 2019.
I share with 4 other guys with their usage of the following description:
1 x storage only
1 x jamming only (plays some instruments with mates once a week or so)
2 x carpentry as a hobby
I've currently got 2 large benches set up. Solid enough to have a bike thrown on top. But they a little too high for such use. Happy to pull it apart to modify with your help. Plenty of space for storage, place is secure as it is on the 2nd level. Shutters on the front and then a locked door as a 2nd entry. Only down side is getting your bike up and down the place as we only have stairs. It's a 2-3 person job.
Although tools of the carpentry boys are mostly out of bounds, if you ask ahead it's all good. I've known them long enough for them to lend me shit as well.
They have a compound drop saw. Med/Lrg Air compressor, angle grinder, power sander and so forth.
Other amenities
A shitter and a small sink.
Bar fridge for a cold bevy while you chop your rig.
Microwave to heat up the filthy chinese from next door.
TIT'S AND SCHINTTY'S at our local pub every tuesdays. ;D
2 pubs in a 100m radius.
Chicken, thai, chinese, pizza, fish chips place. IGA and a few cafe's.
2 x bottle shops
A small hardware store run by this creepy 100 yr old man (it's a complete mess inside)
2 X Bunnings - Mascot/Alexandria
1 bus ride from Central station.
Rent is a monthly flat rate at $180. Super cheap considering area and the size of the space.
